The Ezra Challenge is inspired by chapter 1 in the book of Ezra. God challenged His people to return to Jerusalem, to rebuild the city, its walls, and the Lord’s temple, and move towards a spiritual relationship with Him.

We do already have a Childcare center, Education center, and Worship center housed in a facility built in the mid-1960s.
By updating, we would better serve our local community by adding a Multipurpose sports center, Entertainment complex, Coffee shop, and Commercial kitchen.

With a new facility, we will expand the community development to strengthen families through education and empowerment.
We will encourage physical, mental, and emotional development through enhanced team sports programs.
We will provide hands-on job training through an on-site coffeeshop and commercial kitchen.

Togetherness gives us the opportunity to grow and learn from each other, strengthens bonds, fosters encouragement, gives us an opportunity to share good and bad moments, and reminds us that we are not alone.
The new facility will have space for community members to come to relax with a cup of coffee, to read a book, or just visit with a friend.
